Return & Refund Policy – ØNYX Urban

At ØNYX Urban, we take pride in the quality of our products. To ensure fairness for all customers, returns are only accepted under the conditions outlined below.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be NO TRACES OF USE, UNWASHED, and UNUSED

• The item must be in original condition, free from any signs of wear

• The item must be returned with all original tags attached

• The item must be returned in the original packaging, where reasonably possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

• The item shows signs of being worn (including odors, stains, creases, or damage)

• Tags have been removed

• The item has been altered in any way

Sale items are eligible for return, provided they fully meet the conditions above.

How to Start a Return

Before returning any item, you must contact us via email.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
  ØNYX Urban is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

• You will receive a confirmation email

• If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of inspection

If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
